Dealing with existing service providers

With your consent, the TTSC is able to share information both internally (e.g. with your clerical and bookkeeping staff) and externally (e.g. with your accountant) via a formalised authorisation process.

How does the service work?

Your Accounts Payable

– Invoices relating to your business operations are received by the TTSC for entry into your accounts

– The TTSC we will provide you with a list of your accounts payable due for payment and your approval

– Payment of your approved accounts payable from your funds managed by the TTSC on your behalf

Your Accounts Receivable

– The TTSC prepares your monthly billing summary by horse, detailing days in training, spelling and other ancillary charges

– Invoices and statements are sent to your owners monthly

– Debt collection process managed by the TTSC including assistance in collecting overdue accounts

Your Employees Payroll

– Send TTSC timesheets for entry into payroll system

– Pays processed and paid direct to your employees

– Employee payslips prepared and distributed on your behalf

– Superannuation & group tax are calculated & paid as required

– Year-end payment summaries and ATO-ready information

Reporting

– Up-to-date debtor & creditor lists and current cash/account position

– Monthly/Quarterly provision of Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet

– Reporting of your accounts position for assistance with preparation of your BAS
