TTSC Horse Syndication

The TTSC provides a simple low-cost service to assist trainers and other individuals to comply with the requirements of ASIC and the relevant lead regulator where a syndicate issues shares. The TTSC performs the functions of Promoter and Manager under ASIC Class Order [CO 02/319] for syndicates with 20 or less investors or where the value does not exceed $250,000.
