Another high profile winner for Delbridge was the Group 3 winner Shamoline Warrior, a winner of three of his seven starts with nearly $200k in earnings, and, is now covering mares at Bluegables Stud in New Zealand.
This colt is the first foal from Costa Complete (by Encosta de Lago) who hails from a female family that has produced two winners at the highest level, Strawberry Fair (by Whiskey Road) and Barkada (by Spectrum).

Trainer Details
Based at Mornington, in Victoria, Jason Warren has guided the career of Bel Sprinter, Rythym in Paris, Freeereturn, Viking Turf Bell and Coronation Diva after learning his trade from Lee Freedman. He grew up in Bega riding a pony and began riding trackwork for Frank Cleary in Canberra for some pocket money.
His first job with the thoroughbred was with breeder and former racing administrator Bruce McHugh at Shipton Lodge, when he broke in horses and did some pre-training before he took a job at Victorian stud, Eliza Park.
After a couple of years with Eliza Park, Jason took out a trainers’ license in his own right and started training, pre-training and breaking in horses. Deciding he wanted to further his knowledge of training, he went to work with champion trainer Lee Freedman becoming his foreman during the time that Makybe Diva reigned supreme.
However, it was with Freedman that Warren learnt even more and on Saturday, March 10th, all that training will be put to the test as Warren saddles up Bel Sprinter in the Group 1 Newmarket Handicap.
